Anti dhpr

Manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific
Sourced in United States

The Anti-DHPR is a laboratory reagent used for the detection and quantification of DHPR (dihydrolipoamide dehydrogenase) in biological samples. It functions as an antibody that specifically binds to the DHPR protein, enabling researchers to analyze the presence and levels of this enzyme in their experiments.

Immunoblotting Analysis of Quadriceps Muscle Proteins

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Proteins in lysates of 2-3month old wildtype and Ehd1-heterozygous quadriceps muscles, (n ≥ 2), were transferred to membranes and were immunoblotted with anti-BIN1 (1:1000, sc-23918, Santa Cruz, Dallas, TX), rabbit polyclonal anti-EHD1 (1:5000, [10 (link)]), anti-DHPR (1:1000, ma3-920, Thermo Scientific, Rockford, IL), anti-Junctophilin 2 (1:1000, sc-51313, Santa Cruz, Dallas, TX), anti-Junctophilin 1 (1:1000, 40–5100, Thermo Scientific, Rockford, IL) antibodies. Secondary antibodies, goat anti-rabbit, and goat anti-mouse conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (Jackson ImmunoResearch) were used at a dilution of 1:2500. Blocking and antibody incubations were done in Starting Block T20 (Invitrogen, Grand Island, NY) for all antibodies and rinsed with TBS-T. Memcode and gelcode stains were used to mark proteins for loading controls (Life Technologies, Grand Island, NY). Chemiluminescence substrate, Kodak Biomax MS film, and a UVP BioSpectrum Imaging System (Upland, CA) were used for detection.

Triad Vesicles Containing TRPC3

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The triad vesicles containing TRPC3 were prepared from rabbit fast-twitch skeletal muscle and were solubilized, as previously described [4 (link),6 (link),25 (link),29 (link)]. All surgical interventions and methods of animal care were conducted under the guidelines, as previously described [6 (link),27 (link),30 (link)]. The solubilized triad sample or the lysate of myotubes was subjected to co-immunoprecipitation assay using anti-TRPC3 antibody [28 (link),30 (link)]. For immunoblot assays, various antibodies were used: anti-RyR1, anti-DHPR, anti-SERCA1a, anti-MG29, anti-JP1, anti-JP2, and anti-GST antibodies (1:1,000) from Thermo Scientific Inc. (Rockford, IL, USA), anti-TRPC3 and anti-TRPC4 antibodies (1:800) from Alomone Laboratories (Jerusalem 9104201, Israel), and anti-Orai1, anti-STIM1, and anti-α-actin antibodies (1:1,000) from Abcam (Cambridge, MA, USA).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
