The Fluorescence quantitative kit is a laboratory instrument designed for the quantitative analysis of fluorescent signals. It provides accurate and reliable measurement of fluorescence intensity, allowing researchers to quantify the presence and concentration of fluorescently labeled molecules in their samples.
The culture medium of each group of cells was discarded, and the cells were added with RNAiso Plus (Takara Bio, Japan) to digest. The cells were collected, and total RNA was extracted by Trizol method. RT-qPCR detection was performed on each group of samples by using a reverse transcription kit (Takara Bio, Japan) and fluorescence quantitative kit (Takara Bio, Japan). The primer sequences are listed in Table 2.

Milk powder was purchased from Meiyijia supermarket; 5-HMF and FF standard were purchased from TMRM (Beijing, China). RNAiso Plus reverse transcriptase kit and fluorescence quantitative kit were purchased from Takara (Beijing, China); Primers were synthesized by Sangon Biotech (Shanghai, China). Superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione (GSH), and malondialdehyde (MDA) detection kit were purchased from COMIN (Suzhou, China). ROS detection kit was purchased from Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute (Nanjing, China). Other chemicals were purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China).

Determination of the concentration of total RNA was carried out with the Nanodrop machine and total RNA extraction gained from hippocampal tissues using the Trizol reagent (Sigma, USA). Then, reverse transcription of RNA into cDNA was completed according to the reverse transcription kit instructions (Takara, Japan). The mRNA expression level was detected following the instructions of the fluorescence quantitative kit (Takara, Japan). The 2−ΔΔCt method was used for data analysis [21 (link)], and GAPDH served to provide an internal reference. The primer sequences used are displayed in Table 1.
