The BMCMCs (2 × 106/well) were incubated for 1 h with different DHB concentrations and then sensitized with anti-DNP-IgE (1 μg/mL) for 4 h. Next, the sensitized BMCMCs were incubated in DNP-BSA at 37 °C for 24 h with a CO2 humidified atmosphere.
