The temperature changes of the samples were recorded via an infrared-thermal imaging camera (A325sc, FLIR, USA). The released concentrations of Si and Mn elements in the solution were detected by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES, Vista AX, USA).

Leptin-Deficient Mice on High-Fat Diet
