Pancreatic cancer cell line T3M4 was from Riken Cell Bank (Tsukuba, Japan). Hepatocarcinoma FLC-4 was a gift from Dr. Seishi Nagamori.16 (link) ASF104 serum-free medium was from Ajinomoto (Tokyo, Japan). Fetal bovine serum was from Gibco (Gibco Life Technologies, Grand Island, NY, USA).

Arginine Metabolism Analysis Protocol
