Ngal elisa kit

Manufactured by Abcam
Sourced in United States

The NGAL ELISA kit is a laboratory assay used to measure the concentration of neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) in biological samples. NGAL is a protein that can serve as a biomarker for various conditions. The kit provides the necessary reagents and materials to perform the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technique to quantify NGAL levels.

LCN2 Protein Quantification in Hippocampus and Plasma

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
LCN2 protein concentration from hippocampal lysates and plasma was analyzed by enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit and standard (NGAL ELISA kit, ab199083, Abcam) as per manufacturer's instructions.

Effect of SMYA Decoction on Metabolic Markers

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
After an 8-week intervention of SMYA decoction, blood was taken by removing eyeball after fasting for 8 h, and 6-hour urine was also collected. GLU, TC, TG, HDL, LDL, Scr, UREA, ALT, and AST of serum (some results were submitted as Supplementary Materials) were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer (AU5800, Beckman Coulter Co., Ltd.), and urinal NGAL and KIM-1 were detected with ELISA kits (NGAL ELISA kit, ab199083, abcam; KIM-1 ELISA kit, ab213477, abcam).

Kidney Biomarker Measurement Protocol

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Serum creatinine levels were measured by standard enzymatic methods with an automated analyzer. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) were performed in duplicate using the NGAL ELISA kit (Abcam, Cambridge, MA, USA), the human TIM-1/KIM-1/HAVCR Quantikine ELISA kit (R&D System, Minneapolis, MN), the L-FABP human ELISA kit (Hycult, Biotech, Uden, The Netherlands), and the human IL-18 ELISA kit (Medical and Biological Laboratories, Nagoya, Japan). To standardize the biomarker measurement of perfusate sample, “post” concentration minus “base” concentration was defined as the final biomarker concentration used in our study.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
