Antibodies to total mTOR, total TSC2, phospho-Akt (S473), total Akt, phospho-S6 ribosomal protein (S240, 244), total S6 ribosomal protein, GAPDH, and total eNOS were obtained from Cell Signaling Technology. The antibody to ß-actin was purchased from Abcam.
