Anti ezh2 or anti rabbit igg antibodies

Manufactured by Cell Signaling Technology

The Anti-EZH2 or anti-rabbit IgG antibodies are laboratory reagents used in various research applications. The Anti-EZH2 antibody is designed to detect the EZH2 protein, which is a key component of the Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 (PRC2). The anti-rabbit IgG antibody is used as a secondary antibody to detect the presence of rabbit primary antibodies in experiments. These antibodies can be utilized in techniques such as Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, and immunohistochemistry to study protein expression and interactions.

RNA-Protein Immunoprecipitation for EZH2

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
RIP experiments were conducted according to the manufacturer’s protocol of the Magna RIP RNA-Binding Protein Immunoprecipitation Kit (Millipore, USA). In brief, magnetic beads were pre-incubated with anti-EZH2 or anti-rabbit IgG antibodies (Cell Signaling Technology) for 30 min, and the cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with beads overnight at 4°C with rotation. RNA was purified from RNA-protein complexes bounded to the beads using TRIzol reagent and was analyzed by qRT-PCR analysis.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
