The AR ligand (methyltrienolone, R1881) was purchased from Perkin Elmer. Solvents and other chemicals were of analytical grade and purchased from Fisher Scientific. Deionized water with electrical resistivity of 18.2 M /cm was prepared using a Barnstead E-pure system.

Molecular Mechanisms of DNA Repair Regulation
