Chiral compounds: pyrovalerone, cathinone, ketamine, and amphetamine derivatives were purchased from internet vendors and tested for identity prior to use. Modafinil was purchased from Carbosynth Ltd. (Compton, United Kingdom). Chlorthalidone, citalopram, and praziquantel were supplied by Sigma–Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA).
