UM-SCC-1 and UM-SCC-6 cells were cultured with DMEM high glucose (Gibco, 11964-092) supplemented with Penicillin/Streptomycin (Gibco, 15140) and 10% FBS (VWR, Radnor). Primary human normal oral fibroblasts (HOrFs, ScienCell, 2640) were cultured with fibroblast media (ScienCell, 2301). Cells were maintained at 37 C with 5% CO2 and media was refreshed every 2-3 days.
