The concentration of the indicated cytokines in clarified skin homogenate was determined using a BioPlex 200 system, BioPlex manager software (Bio-Rad, Hercules, CA, USA) and a custom-designed mouse multiplex assay (EMD Millipore, Billerica, MA, USA) according to manufacturer’s directions.
