β-D-Galactose pentaacetate (98%) was purchased from Alfa Aesar (China) Chemical Co. Ltd. 2-Hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA, 97%) was obtained from J&K Scientific Ltd. (China). Boron trifluoride diethyletherate (BF₃⋅Et₂O, 98%) was purchased from Aladdin Reagent (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. 4-Cyano-4-(phenylcarbonothioylthio)pentanoic acid (CPA, >97%), GSH, and 2,2′-Azobis(2-methylpropionitrile) (AIBN) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (China) Inc. 4-Mercaptophenylboronic acid (MPBA, >95%) was obtained from Energy Chemical Co. (China). DOX hydrochloride (DOX⋅HCl, 99%) was provided by Beijing HvsF United Chemical Materials Co., Ltd. (China) and used as received. AIBN was recrystallized from ethanol before use. All other chemical regents and solvents were purchased from Shanghai Chemical Reagent Co. (China) and of analytical reagent grade, used directly. Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium (DMEM), Roswell Park Memorial Institute (RPMI) 1640 medium, fetal bovine serum (FBS), penicillin-streptomycin, and Lysotracker green DND-26 were purchased from Thermo Fisher Scientific (United States). 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT), trypsin, and 4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) staining solution were obtained from Beyotime Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (China).

2-Hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA, 99%) was purchased from J&k (Beijing, China). L-lactide (L-LA, 98%) and poly (ethylene glycol) methyl ether methacrylate (OEGMA, 95%, Mn = 475 g·mol⁻¹) were purchased from Aladdin (Shanghai, China). D-lactide (D-LA, 99%) was purchased from Damas-beta (Shanghai, China). 1,8-Diazabicyclo [5.4.0] undec-7-ene (DBU, 99%) was purchased from Rhawn (Shanghai, China). L-Histidine (L-His, 99%), methacryloyl chloride (95%), diethylene glycol monomethyl ether methacrylate (MEO₂MA, 97%, Mn = 188.22 g·mol⁻¹), 2,2’-azobis (2-methylpropionitrile) (AIBN, 98%) were purchased from Macklin (Shanghai, China). ZnSO₄ 7H₂O (Mn = 287.56 g·mol⁻¹) was purchased from Jinhuada (Guangzhou, China). CH₂Cl₂ (DCM) was dried over CaH₂, THF was super dry solvent purchased from Energy Chemical (Anqing, China). All other chemicals were analytical grade and were used without further purification.
