Cytochrome C (Cyt, MW12.4 kDa, pI 10.2), Lyz (Lyz, 14.4 kDa, pI 11.2), bovine serum albumin (BSA, MW 67 kDa, pI 4.9), and ovalbumin (OVA, 45 kDa, pI 4.7) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich Co. (Shanghai, China).
