Human cytokine antibody arrays 3

Manufactured by RayBiotech
Sourced in United States

The Human Cytokine Antibody Arrays III is a multiplex assay kit that allows for the simultaneous detection and quantification of multiple human cytokines, chemokines, and growth factors in a single experiment. The kit contains an array of capture antibodies spotted onto a membrane, enabling the parallel measurement of a panel of analytes from a small sample volume.

Cytokine Profiling of rTRAIL-Treated PC3 Cells

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
For these studies, supernatants from PC3 cells treated with 5 ng rTRAIL were used. They were compared to the cytokine levels of untreated PC3 cells. The respective supernatants were diluted 10-fold and applied to human cytokine antibody arrays III (RayBio, Norcross, GA, USA) according to manufacturer’s instructions. Each cytokine signal was normalised to the internal control and the fold upregulation in response to rTRAIL was calculated.

Cytokine Profiling of MSC-Tumor Co-Culture

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Supernatants were taken from hMSCs and tumour cells at a ratio of one MSC to ten tumour cells and cytokine levels were compared to the MSCs and tumour cells cultured separately.
The supernatants were diluted 3.5-fold and applied to human cytokine antibody arrays III (RayBiotech, Norcross, GA, USA) according to the manufacturer's instructions. Each cytokine signal was normalised to its internal control and the fold change calculated.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
