Avance neo 300 mhz spectrometer

Manufactured by Bruker
Sourced in Germany

The AVANCE NEO 300 MHz spectrometer is a nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) instrument manufactured by Bruker. It is designed to perform high-resolution NMR spectroscopy for the analysis and characterization of chemical compounds. The spectrometer operates at a frequency of 300 MHz and is capable of performing various NMR experiments to obtain detailed information about the structure, dynamics, and interactions of molecules.

Synthesis and Characterization of mPEG-PEI Conjugate

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Methoxy poly(ethylene
glycol)-b-polyethyleneimine was abbreviated as mPEG-PEI
in this paper. mPEG-PEI was prepared according to the method previously
described in the literature.53 −55 (link) In this work, the relative optimized
feed molar ratio of the mPEG and PEI was about 1:1. Briefly, PEI (336
mg) and mPEG-NHS (336 mg) were separately dissolved in 10 mL of N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), and then mPEG-NHS
solution was added dropwise to the PEI solution and stirred at 50
°C. After 24 h, the reaction solution was dialyzed (MWCO 3.5
kDa) against distilled water for 2 days and finally lyophilized and
kept at 2–8 °C until used in the subsequent reaction.
The final product was a white solid that was characterized by 1H NMR. The 1H NMR spectrum of the mPEG-PEI was
obtained on a Bruker AVANCE NEO 300 MHz spectrometer using D2O as the solvent.

MRI Contrast Agent Imaging Protocol

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
T1 weighted images: glass capillaries containing cells pellets of untreated or treated with NPs (0.0974 mM [Gd]) AB22 and MeT-5A were placed in an agar phantom and acquired by MRI using a Bruker Avance Neo 300 MHz spectrometer (7 T) equipped with a Micro 2.5 microimaging probe (BrukerBioSpin, Ettlingen, Germany). T1W images were obtained using a standard MSME (Multi-Slice Multi-Echo) sequence with the following parameters: TR = 250 ms, TE = 3 ms, FOV = 12 × 12 mm, slice thickness = 1 mm, NEX = 6, matrix size 128 × 128.

Solid-State NMR Analysis of Samples

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
For solid‐state NMR experiments a Bruker Avance Neo 300 MHz spectrometer with a 2.5 mm magic angle spinning (MAS) probe was used. The samples were packed in 2.5 mm zirconium oxide rotors with vespel caps in the glove box under argon atmosphere. Cross polarisation (CP) from 1H was used for the 13C measurements. 45,000 scans were recorded with a recycling delay of 3 s at transmitter frequency of 75.47 MHz and a contact time of 3500 μs. 2D – heteronuclear correlation (HETCOR) sequences used 1000 scans times 256 increments and a contact pulse of 200 μs, according to TMS with external standard adamantane (δCH=29.5ppm) with a spinning frequency of 15 kHz.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
