Lipid determination kits (Innoline Merck TCH, Innoline Merck Triglycerides, Darmstadt, Germany and Spinreact HDLc-D, St. Esteve de Bas, Girona, Spain), ELISA Kit for 8-OHdG (MyBioSource; MBS267161, San Diego, CA, USA), and antibodies used for immunoblotting are mentioned in the respective sections.
