Fetal bovine serum (FBS), α-modified minimum essential medium (α-MEM), and penicillin–streptomycin were purchased from Hyclone, America. CCK-8 and phosphate buffer solution (PBS) were purchased from Shanghai Biyuntian Bio-Technology Co, Ltd., China. All the chemicals were used without further purification.
