Abs to phospho-IκB-α, IκB-α, NF-κB-p65, β-actin, and JSH-23 were all from Santa Cruz (Santa Cruz, CA, USA). PDTC, MG-132, BAY 11-7082, BCA protein assay kit, nitric-oxide synthase assay kit, and abs to histone H3 were from Beyotime (Nantong, Jiangsu, China). Abs specific to mouse TLR4 was from eBioscience (San Diego, CA, USA). LPS, o-phenylenediamine, fluoresceinamine (FLA), and 1-cyano-4-dimethylaminopyridinium tetrafluoroborate (CDAP) were from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA). Enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL) substrate was from Thermo Scientific.

(St. Louis, MO, USA). Recombinant murine IL-4 and recombinant murine GM-CSF were purchased from PeproTech (Rocky Hill, NJ, USA). ELISA kits for measuring murine IFN-γ, IL-4, and IL-12 were purchased from R&D Systems (Minneapolis, MN, USA). Anti-mouse TLR2 (CD282) and anti-mouse TLR4 were purchased from eBioscience (San Diego, CA, USA). Pam3CSK4 was purchased from Santa Cruz (San Cruz, CA, USA). 3-(4, 5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT), ophenylenediamine, and fluoresceinamine (FLA) were from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA). RNA simple Total RNA Kit was purchased from Tiangen Biotech (Beijing, China). First-Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit was purchased from TransGen Biotech (Beijing, China). SYBR Green was purchased from Applied Biosystems (Foster City, CA, USA). Reagents used for cell culture were purchased from Gibco (Grand Island, NY, USA).
