Mouse cytokine chemokine luminex 25plex assay

Manufactured by Merck Group

The Mouse Cytokine/Chemokine Luminex 25plex Assay is a multiplex panel designed to measure the concentrations of 25 different mouse cytokines and chemokines in a single sample. The assay utilizes Luminex technology to simultaneously quantify multiple analytes from a small sample volume. The core function of this product is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the mouse cytokine and chemokine profile in biological samples.

Cytokine and Chemokine Profiling in Pancreatic Tissue

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The cytokine and chemokine panels were measured in pancreatic lysates by mouse Cytokine/Chemokine Luminex 25plex Assay with a detection limit of 3.2pg/mL to 10,000pg/mL (EMD Millipore), as described previously (Jaeckle Santos et al. 2014 (link)). Interleukin-6 (IL6) and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP1) levels were confirmed using mouse ELISA kits (Thermo Fisher). Cytokine levels were normalized to total protein concentration measured by BCA (bicinchoninic acid) assay (Pierce).

Cytokine and Chemokine Profiling in Murine Pancreas

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The cytokine and chemokine panels were measured in 25 μL pancreatic lysates of 21 week old mice in duplicates using the mouse Cytokine/Chemokine Luminex 25plex Assay with a detection limit of 3.2 pg/mL to 10,000 pg/mL (EMD Millipore), as described previously (38 (link)). TGF-β levels were determined using 50 μL of pancreatic lysates in duplicates by a U-plex TGFβ Combo mouse kit with a detection limit of 37–56,600 pg/mL (TGF- β1), 2.5–45,400 pg/mL (TGF- β2), and 2.5–45,800 pg/mL (TGF- β3) (Meso Scale Discovery). For statistical evaluation, lowest detection limit was used for samples that had values below the detection sensitivity. Cytokine levels were normalized to total protein concentration measured by BCA Assay (Pierce).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
