For serum collection, mice were anesthetized with 0.1ml / 20 g body weight of Ketamine/xylazine cocktail (Ketamine, 20 mg / ml, xylazine, 2.5 mg/ ml), blood was withdraw by cardiac puncture, and was kept at room temperature for 2 – 3 hours. The blood was then centrifuged at 14000 rpm for 15 min at 4°C, serum was collected and stored at −80°C. Serum total IgG1and IgE levels were detected by ELISA using IgE and IgG1 ELISA kit from Biolegend. N. brasilensis excretory / secretory product (NES) was coated on 96 well ELISA plate overnight (2.5 μg/μl, 100 μl) and then incubated with serial dilutions of serum from N. brasiliensis inoculated mice or naive control mice and then processed using commercial ELISA kit.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
