Mice were injected with 50 ug tamoxifen at P4 and sacrificed at P9. Both males and females were included in the analysis. Thoracic aortae were excised and fixed in 4% PFA for 2 hours at RT. Whole mount staining was performed with antibodies against CD31, GFP and ERG1 and samples were flat mounted and imaged using a
SP8 Leica microscope.
