Mircury lnatm array

Manufactured by Qiagen
Sourced in Denmark

The MiRCURY LNA™ Array is a microarray platform designed for the profiling and analysis of microRNA (miRNA) expression. It provides a comprehensive solution for the detection and quantification of miRNA levels in various biological samples. The array utilizes locked nucleic acid (LNA) technology to achieve highly specific and sensitive miRNA detection.

MicroRNA Profiling of Stretched Cells

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
MicroRNA array analysis was done by using miRCURY LNATM Array microRNA profiling services (Exiqon, Vedbaek, Denmark). The sample quality of total RNAs from three samples of both the controls and the stretched samples at each time point was assessed using Bioanalyser 2100 (Agilent), and those RNA integrity number (RIN) values that were greater than 7.6. Samples (n = 3 biological replicates in all timepoints in all groups except n = 2 at 1-hour time point) were labeled with miRCURY LNATM Hy3TM/Hy5TM Power labeling kit and hybridized on the miRCURY LNATM Array (v.10.0) probes based on miRBase 11.0 annotation. Quantified signals were normalized using the global Locally WEighted Scatterplot Smoothing (LOWESS) regression algorithm. MicroRNAs were defined as differentially expressed by using two-tailed t-test (P < 0.05) for comparing experimental groups of I) 1, 4 and 12 hours, and II) 24 and 48 hours of stretch against their own control.

Profiling miRNA Expression in ASMC

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Co-cultured or control ASMC-derived total RNA was analyzed for miRNA expression by miRCURY LNATM Array microRNA seventh generation profiling services (Exiqon). P value correction utilizing Benjamini–Hochberg false discovery rate was applied, and data analysis was conducted by Exiqon.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
