Western Blot Quantification of p38 MAPK and Akt

For SDS-PAGE and western blot analysis, 30% polyacrylamide solution was purchased from Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. (Hercules, CA, USA) and the polyvinylidenedifluoride (PVDF) membrane was purchased from GE Healthcare Life Sciences (Little Chalfont, UK).
