MCF-7, human breast adenocarcinoma, and HFFF-PI6, human foreskin fibroblast, cell lines were purchased from the National Cell Bank of Iran (Pasteur Institute, Iran). The cells were cultured
in RPMI-1640 medium supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS), penicillin (100 U/mL) and streptomycin (100 µg/mL). The cells were grown and maintained at 37 °C in a humidified incubator with 5% CO2.
