We purchased the two types of cTnI antibodies used for the sandwich immunoassay, i.e., capture antibody (clone 560, mouse) and detection antibody conjugated with the dye (Alexa fluor-488, clone 19C7, mouse) from Novus Co., (Centennial, CO, USA). Recombination Human cTnI was bought from Abcam Co., (Cambridge, UK). Cysteamine hydro-chloride (C₂H₇NS.HCl, 98%), N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS, C₄H₅NO₃, 98%), N-(3-dimethylaminoproyl)-N′-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC, C₈H₁₇N₃.HCl, crystalline), (3-amininpropyl)triethoxysilance (APTES, 99%), and propanol (C₃H₈O, 99%) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich Co., (St. Louis, MO, USA). Phosphate buffered saline (PBS, 1X), ultra-pure filtered water, albumin (BSA, 98%) were bought from Biosesang Co. (Seongnam-si, Korea). Pellets of Au (99.99%), Ag (99.99%) and Cr (99.99%) used for plasmonic metal coating via thermal evaporation were purchased from Taewon Scientific Co., Ltd. (iTASCO, Seoul, Korea). Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) was purchased from Dow Corning Co., (Midland, MI, USA).

Iron (III) chloride hexahydrate (≥99%), iron (II) chloride tetrahydrate (98%), oleic acid (≥90%) (OA), potassium dihydrogen phosphate (≥98%), N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) (98%), N-(3-dimethyl aminoproyl)-N’-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC), N,N′-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) (≥99.0%), poly(ethylene glycol diamine) (NH₂-PEG-NH₂, Mn = 3000), (≥98.0%), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA, Mowiol 4–88), deuterated chloroform (≥99%) and oxaliplatin (OXA) (≥99%) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA). Dialysis bags (Spectra/Por, MWCO: 3.5 and 12–14 kDa) and a monoclonal anti-CD133-TMP4 Ab conjugated to Alexa Fluor 488 were purchased from Thermo Fisher Scientific (Waltham, MA, USA). Commercial PLGA Mn of 10 kDa (Purasorb PDLG 7502A, 70/30 LA/GA) was kindly donated by Corbion (The Netherlands). Sodium hydroxide, chloroform, ethyl ether, tetrahydrofuran (THF), dichloromethane (DCM), ethanol, and ammonia p.a. were purchased from Penta (The Czech Republic). Media used for cell culture Eagle’s Minimum Essential Medium (EMEM) and Dulbecco’s Modified Eagles’ medium (DMEM) were bought from Thermo Fisher Scientific (Waltham, MA, USA). Microscopy dishes with glass bottom (ø35 mm, 1.5#) were supplied by MatTek Life Sciences (Boston, MA, USA). Filters with a 0.45-µm pore size were purchased from JetBiofil (China). For all experiments, Millipore water was used.
