Eight-week-old mice were used for FACS analyses of the BM. Isolation of Murine Prostate Cells

Isolation of prostate cells from adult mice was performed using the published method. Single cells were resuspended in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 3% fetal bovine serum (FBS) and incubated with antibodies on ice for 45 minutes.
