Multiplex Cytokine Profiling in Murine Models

Samples were run on a BioPlex 200 (Bio-Rad, Hercules, CA) and results were calculated based on a 7-point standard curve for each analyte. Final cytokine levels were normalized to total protein concentration (mg/ml) and reported as picogram/ml for plasma and picrogram/mg for tissue levels.
