Shizukaol F Effect on Glucose Metabolism

75 mg/kg shizukaol F or vehicle (0.5% carboxymethyl cellulose, wt/vol) was administrated by gavage to overnight fasting male C57BL/6 J mice (10 week) 2 h prior to intraperitoneal pyruvate challenge (2 g/kg).
