Rabbit antibody to ki67
Rabbit antibody to Ki67 is a laboratory tool used to detect the presence and distribution of the Ki67 protein, which is a marker of cellular proliferation. This antibody can be used in various immunohistochemical and immunocytochemical techniques to study cell division and proliferation in biological samples.

Following over-night fixation in 4% formaldehyde at 4ºC, colon-rectum specimens were arranged in a "Swiss" roll, processed and embedded in paraffin. 5 μm thick tissue sections were stained with H&E. Alternatively, colon-rectum slides were immunostained, according to standard procedures, with a rabbit antibody to Ki-67 (dilution 1:250, Abcam, Cambridge, UK) after antigen retrieval with 10 mM citric acid pH 6 for 5 minutes at 95ºC.
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
