Ltd (China). Millipore Milli-Q water with a resistivity of 18.2 MΩ cm was used in the experiments.

All lipids were dissolved in chloroform. Phosphatidylinositol phosphates were dissolved in chloroform/methanol/water (20:10:1). Texas red DHPE (Thermo Fisher cat. T1395MP) was purchased as a mixed isomer. The para isomer was separated by thin‐layer chromatography as previously described (Dar et al, 2015 (link)).
