Cell Line Authentication and RNA Extraction

The human cell lines HeLa, SKOV3, MCF7, VCaP, SH-SY5Y, HEK293T, and HEK293 were used in this study. Total RNA was extracted by the FastPure Cell/Tissue Total RNA Isolation Kit (Vazyme) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Total RNA from the human brain (#636530) and testis (#636533) was purchased from Clontech.

HEK293FT cells were cultured in DMEM medium (KeyGen BioTECH, Nanjing, China) containing fetal bovine serum, penicillin, and streptomycin.

Culture of human BMSCs and rabbit MCCs
