Mice tumor tissues were taken from #1 mammary gland and protein extracts were obtained by tissue grinding in RIPA lysis buffer. Protein concentrations were quantified by the BiCinchoninic acid Assay (BCA) method. Protein extracts were separated on a 12% SDS-PAGE gel and transferred onto nitrocellulose membranes.
