Mouse ctni elisa kit

Manufactured by Nanjing Jiancheng

The Mouse cTnI ELISA Kit is a quantitative assay designed for the measurement of cardiac troponin I (cTnI) levels in mouse serum or plasma samples. The kit utilizes the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) principle to detect and quantify mouse cTnI concentrations.

Serum from mice was collected and frozen at −80°C. Serum CK and LDH concentrations were analyzed using the Catalyst DX analyzer (IDEXX) following the manufacturer’s instructions. The cTnI content was determined using the Mouse cTnI ELISA kit (H149-2; Jiancheng Biotech) by a microplate reader.

Measurement of Cardiac Troponin-I in Plasma

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
After the measurement of cardiac function, the blood was collected from the carotid artery with EDTA-containing syringes. Plasma was separated from the blood by centrifugation at 4,000 rpm for 30 minutes at 4°C, immediately frozen, and then stored at −80°C. The plasma was thawed only once for concentration of cardiac troponin-I (cTnI) measurement. A mouse cTnI ELISA kit (Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute, Nanjing, People’s Republic of China) was used to measure the cTnI concentration. The assay was performed according to the protocol provided by the manufacturer.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
