A total of 10000 cells was cultured in the upper chamber with 200 mL of serum-free DMEM, and 500 mL of medium containing 10% FBS was added to the lower chamber. After 24 h incubation, the migrated cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and stained by 0.1% crystal violet for 20 min.
