Wogonoside

Acetonitrile and methanol were HPLC-grade from Fisher Scientific (Pittsburg, PA, United States). All other reagents were of analytical grade and obtained by Anaqua™ Chemicals Supply (Wilmington, DE, United States). Ultrapure water is prepared by the Millipore Ultra-Pure Water System. Harpagide, protocatechuic acid, atractyloside A, verbenalin, paeoniflorin, p-Coumaric acid, sinapic acid, vitexin, liquiritin, liquiritin apioside, isoliquiritin apioside, cimifugin, scutellarin, apigenin-7-O-glucuronide, ononin, isoliquiritin, naringenin, glycyrrhizic acid, baicalein, icariin (IS, internal standards), isopimpinellin (IS), astragaloside II (IS) were purchased from Chengdu Desite Bio-Technology Co., Ltd (Chengdu, China). Quercitrin were purchased from Shanghai yuanye Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Catechin, cryptochlorogenin acid, hyperoside, wogonoside, chlorogenic acid, ginsenosides Rf, ginsenosides Rh1 were purchased from Chengdu Must Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. (Chengdu, China). Isoferulic acid, hesperidin, baicalin, harpagoside, wogonin, ferulic acid were purchased from National Institutes for Food and Drug Control (Beijing, China). Their purity was higher than 98%. QJYQ were made by the laboratory of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the batch numbers in this study was 210601.

Baicalin, wogonoside and baicalein (≥98% purity, HPLC) were obtained from Chengdu MUST Bio-technology Company Ltd. (Chengdu, China). SB with the place of origin in Ji Lin province of China was purchased from Beijing Tong Ren Tang Zhuhai Pharmacy Co., Ltd. (Guangdong, China). 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-dimethyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) and ThT were purchased from Sigma (St. Louis, MO, United States). Milli-Q water was prepared by the Milli-Q integral water purification system (Millipore, Billerica, MA, United States) in our laboratory. Acetonitrile was purchased from Anaqua Chemicals Supply (Houston, TX, United States). Aβ (1–42) was obtained from the China Peptides Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). EZ-Link NHS-LC-LC-Biotin was obtained from Thermo Scientific Waltham (MA, United States). Super Streptavindin (SSA) biosensors were purchased from FortéBIO, PALL Life Sciences (Port Washington, NY, United States). The Annexin V staining kit was purchased from BD Biosciences (San Jose, CA, United States). The native PAGE Bis-Tris Gel (4–16%), running buffer (20X) and the native PAGE sample buffer were obtained from Invitrogen (Carlsbad, CA, United States). The PVDF membrane was obtained from PALL Life Sciences (Port Washington, NY, United States).

Lanqin oral liquid (lot no. 19122821) was purchased from Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group (Jiangsu, China). Reference compounds (purity > 98%) of chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, scutellarin, baicalin, palmatine, wogonoside, apigenin, baicalein, wogonin, indirubin, and indigo were purchased from Chengdu Must Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. (Chengdu, China). Acetonitrile and formic acid of HPLC grade were obtained from Fisher Scientific (Fair Lawn, NJ, USA). Purified water was purchased from Hangzhou Wahaha Corporation (Hangzhou, China). All other chemical reagents used in this study were of analytical grade.
