Imaging Myocardial Infarction in Mice

Mice were intravenously injected with Annexin-V750 (250 μl, PerkinElmer) 4 hours after MI, 1 hour before imaging. Image acquisition was done using an epifluorescence microscope (OV-110, Olympus) equipped with IV10-ASW 01.01.00.05 software with an image matrix of 512 × 512 and 0.0178 mm × 0.0178 mm pixels.
