Hrp conjugated goat anti mouse igg1 h l

Manufactured by Fortis Life Sciences
Sourced in United States

HRP-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG1 H&L is a secondary antibody that binds to the heavy and light chains of mouse IgG1 antibodies. The antibody is conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP), which can be used in various immunoassays and detection methods that utilize enzymatic color development.

SARS-CoV-2 RBD Antibody Response in Mice

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
RBD-specific IgG, IgG1 and IgG2a antibody titers in immunized mice serum were detected by ELISA. 20 μL RBD protein (Sinobiological: #40592-V05H, 3 μg/mL) were added to the 384-well plate and then incubated overnight at 4°C. After washing, the plates were blocked with blocking buffer (5% BSA plus 0.05% Tween 20) at 37°C for 1 hour and incubated with 20μL testing mice serum with ten-fold serial dilutions at 37°C for half an hour. Reacted mice serum were detected using HRP-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L secondary antibody (Abcam: #ab6789, 1: 10000), HRP-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG1 H&L (Bethyl: #A90-105P, 1: 10000) and HRP-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2a H&L (Bethyl: #A90-107P, 1: 10000) respectively.

ELISA Protocol for Soluble CD4 Binding

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Plates coated with human soluble CD4 were blocked and incubated with mouse sera for 1 hr. Binding was detected using horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG1 H&L (Bethyl Laboratories, Montgomery, TX, USA) or alkaline phosphatase (AP)-conjugated anti-mouse antibodies, and developed by 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) or AMPAK kit (DAKO; Carpinteria, CA, USA). mAb concentration was determined by comparing absorbance values with the CD4 binding curve of purified 5A8 protein.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
