The data on growth performances and meat quality parameters were analysed taking into consideration diet as the main effect. Means were compared using Student’s t test. The data on colour parameters and oxidative stability were analysed by repeated measure ANOVA to assess the main effect of treatment and time and their interaction. Box was considered as the experimental unit for growth performances. Beef was considered as the experimental unit for meat quality parameters. Data are presented as means ± SEM, and a value of p < 0.05 was used to indicate statistical significance.
