Spodoptera frugiperda Sf9 insect cells were obtained from the China Center for Type Culture Collection (Wuhan, China). Rabbit anti-human UGT2B7 polyclonal antibodies were purchased from ProteinTech Group, Inc. (Chicago, USA). Rabbit anti-UGT1A Polyclonal antibodies were obtained Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology Chinese Academy of Sciences (Beijing, China). Rabbit anti-human UGT2B7 polyclonal antibodies were purchased from ProteinTech Group, Inc. (Chicago, USA).
Zidovudine and quercetin (chemical purity >98.5%) were purchased from National Institute for Food and Drug Control (Beijing, China). Zidovudine O-glucuronide was purchased from Toronto Research Chemicals (Toronto, Canada). Uridine 5-diphosphoglucuronic acid (UDPGA), alamethicin, paraformaldehyde (PFA) and deoxycholic acid were purchased from Sigma Chemical Co. (St. Louis, MO, USA). Nonidet P-40 and Tween-20 were purchased from Amresco Inc. (Solon, OH, USA). Tris-HCl, NaCl, EDTA, MgCl₂, perchloric acid and KH₂PO₄ were purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Regent Co. (Beijing, China). Chromatographic grade methanol was purchased from Tedia, Co. (Fairfield, OH, USA).

SN-38, genistein, propofol, tamoxifen and zidovudine were purchased from Yingxuan Chempharm Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China), Mansite Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Chengdu, China), Tokyo Chemical industry Co., Ltd. (Tokyo, Japan), Maya Reagent Co., Ltd (Zhejiang, China), and Melone Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd (Dalian, China), respectively. SN-38G, propofol glucuronide, tamoxifen N-β-D-glucuronide and zidovudine O-glucuronide were purchased from Toronto Research Chemicals (North York, Canada). Uridine diphosphate glucuronic acid (UDPGA), alamethicin, D-saccharic-1, 4-lactone monohydrate, MgCl₂, and β-glucuronidase were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA). The primary antibodies of anti-UGT1A (sc-271268), anti-UGT1A4 (sc-27427), anti-UGT2B7 (ab126269), anti-UGT1A1 (ab458411), and anti-UGT1A9 (H00054600-A01) were obtained from Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Inc. (CA, USA), Abcam (Cambridge, MA), and Abnova (Taipei, Taiwan), respectively. All other chemicals and reagents used were of the highest commercially available grade.

Androsterone, schisanhenol, hesperetin, and UDP were purchased from MedChemExpress (State of New Jersey, United States). Zidovudine O-glucuronide was purchased from Toronto Research Chemicals (Toronto, Canada). Aristolochic acid A (AAI) was purchased from the National Institutes for Food and Drug Control (Beijing, China). High-purity acetonitrile for high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with MS/MS was obtained from Merck (Darmstadt, Germany).
