Tp53fl fl

Manufactured by Jackson ImmunoResearch
Sourced in Montenegro, China

Tp53fl/fl is a laboratory product that contains a genetic construct designed to allow for the conditional knockout of the p53 gene. The construct includes loxP sites flanking the p53 gene, which enables the removal of the gene when exposed to Cre recombinase. This product is intended for use in research applications involving the study of p53 function and its role in cellular processes.

All mice were handled in accordance with the guidelines of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee at University of Texas Southwestern (UTSW). TG-shAnln and E2f8 KO mice were previously reported.15 (link)Tp53fl/fl and Rosa-LSL-tdTomato mice were from Jackson Laboratories (Bar Harbor, ME). WT C3H/HeJ mice were used because this is a strain that is prone to liver cancer development. All experiments were done in an age- and sex-controlled fashion unless otherwise noted.

KrasLSL‐G12D/+ (#0 08179), Tp53fl/fl (#0 08462), Lkb1fl/fl (#01 4143) mice were purchased from the Jackson Laboratory as previously described.[43] C57BL/6 mice were purchased from GemPharmatech Co., Ltd (Nanjing, China). Il1f9+/− (#032395‐UCD) and Il1f5+/− (#032393‐UCD) mice were obtained from the Mutant Mouse Resource and Research Center (MMRRC) and were crossed with C57BL/6 mice for six generations before subsequent studies. The Il1f9−/‐ and Il1f5−/− mice on C57BL/6 mice background were crossed with KrasLSL‐G12D/+Tp53fl/fl (KP) and KrasLSL‐G12D/+Lkb1fl/fl (KL) to obtain KrasLSL‐G12D/+Tp53fl/flIl1f9−/− (KP9) or KrasLSL‐G12D/+Tp53fl/flIl1f5−/‐ (KP5) and KrasLSL‐G12D/+Lkb1fl/flIl1f9−/− (KL9) or KrasLSL‐G12D/+Lkb1fl/flIl1f5−/‐ (KL5) mice for maintenance and experiments. All mice were housed in the specific pathogen‐free animal facility at Wuhan University with a 12‐hour dark/12‐hour light cycle and fed with standard food and water. All animal experiments were performed in accordance with protocols approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Wuhan University.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
