Curing Adhesive Layer Visualization

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Similar amounts of adhesive samples were evenly applied on glass slides, which were subsequently transferred to an oven at 120 ± 2 ℃ for 2 h. A digital camera (EOS M50 Mark II, Canon, Japan) was used to photograph the shape of the cured adhesive layer.

Evaluating Dental Implant Aesthetics

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Two standardized intraoral photographs (lateral and occlusal) of each subject with a single-unit implant crown in the posterior site (premolars and molars) with unrestored adjacent and opposite teeth were assessed. The same clinician photographed each implant crown with a digital mirrorless camera (Canon, EOS M50 Mark II, Canon, Japan with Twin-flash). One intraoral radiograph displayed the entire implant, including the cemented crown and the adjacent teeth. The examiners were given photographs, a scoring sheet, and a note explaining the scoring methods [Figure 1]. The FIPS evaluation was accomplished by four groups of examiners of different dental specialties: two prosthodontists, two periodontists, two oral surgeons, and two orthodontists. All examiners were blinded and conducted two FIPS evaluations for each sample case at times T1 and T2, with a gap of 4 weeks between the two assessments. For the second round of evaluation, the sequence of cases was reversed to reduce any bias.

Quantifying Plant Responses to Salt Stress

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Plants subjected to salt stress treatments were observed for variations in root length and foliar canopy growth. At 2 and 3 WAI, plant images were captured using a Canon EOS M50 Mark II (Canon Europe, Amstelveen, the Netherlands), and root length was measured for both treated and untreated plants. Canopy size was also measured. ImageJ software (https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/download/) was used to measure the canopy size.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
