Elemental analyzer model 2400 chn
The Elemental Analyzer model 2400 CHN is a laboratory instrument designed for the determination of carbon, hydrogen, and nitrogen content in a variety of sample types. It employs a combustion-based analytical technique to precisely measure the elemental composition of the sample.

Grubbs Catalyst-Mediated Metathesis
Hoveyda-Grubbs II catalyst M72 (C627) was provided by Umicore. Column chromatography (CC) was performed with silica gel (230-400 mesh, Merck) and Sephadex LH-20 (Aldrich), while thin layer chromatography (TLC) separations were carried out on silica gel 60 PF254 (Merck). 1 H and 13 C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra were recorded, respectively, at 400 and 100 MHz on a Bruker Avance III Ascend 400 spectrometer using CDCl3 (Sigma-Aldrich) as the solvent and using the residual signal of CHCl3 as the internal standard ( 7.26 vs TMS). Electrospray ionization -high resolution mass spectrometry (ESI-HRMS) data were measured on an Agilent 6510 Q-TOF LC/MS spectrometer, using an ESI ion source operating at positive mode. Elemental analysis was obtained in a Perkin-Elmer Elemental Analyzer model 2400 CHN. Infrared (IR) spectra were recorded with a Shimadzu FT-IR Prestige-21 instrument.

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
