Inos primary antibody

Manufactured by Santa Cruz Biotechnology

The INOS primary antibody is a research-use only reagent produced by Santa Cruz Biotechnology. It is designed to detect the inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) protein. The antibody can be used in various immunological techniques to identify and study the expression of iNOS in biological samples.

Western Blot Analysis of iNOS

Equal amounts of each cell lysate were electrophoresed on sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gels (SDS-PAGE), after which resolved proteins were transferred to polyvinylidenedifluoride (PVDF) membranes. The membranes were incubated with iNOS primary antibody (Santa Cruz) diluted in TBST (20 mM Tris, 134 mM NaCl, 0.02 % Tween 20). The primary antibodies were then probed with horseradish peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibodies and visualized by exposure to an enhanced chemiluminescence reagent.

Notch Signaling Regulation in LPS-Induced

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
LPS from Escherichia coli (0111:B4), AA and DAPT were purchased from Sigma–Aldrich. Dll4 was obtained from R&D Systems. β-Actin and Hes1 primary antibody were obtained from Abcam, Notch3 and iNOS primary antibody were from Santa Cruz Biotechnology. Phospho-C-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) (Thr183/Tyr185) antibody, phospho-extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK)1/2 (Thr202/Tyr204) antibody, phospho-p38 (Thr180/Tyr182) antibody, and phospho-IκBα antibody were purchased from Cell Signaling Technology. All secondary antibodies were from Boster Biological Technology. All other reagents were from commercial suppliers and of standard biochemical quality.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
