SARS-CoV-2 Infection Assay in VeroE6/TMPRSS2 Cells

The VeroE6 cell line VeroE6/TMPRSS2 [13 (link)] (JCRB 1819), which constitutively expresses transmembrane protease serine 2 (TMPRSS2), which activates SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, was supplied by JCRB Cell Bank, National Institutes of Biomedical Innovation, Health and Nutrition, Japan.
