Antibody Sources for Western Blot

Mouse and rabbit horseradish peroxidase antibodies were purchased from Amersham Biosciences (Pittsburg, PA), goat horseradish peroxidase antibody from Santa Cruz, and alkaline phosphatase‐conjugated antibodies were purchased from Promega (Madison, WI).

Isolation and Characterization of Pancreatic Cells
