In Vitro CYP3A4 Metabolism Assay

Cyclosporin A (CsA) was purchased from Shanghai Macklin Biochemical Co., Ltd. Its metabolite CsA M-17 (AM-1) was purchased from Toronto Research Chemicals Inc. Diazepam (internal standard, IS) was purchased from Shanghai Hanxiang Biological Technology Co., Ltd. Reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) was obtained from Sigma-Aldrich Company (St Louis, MO).
