Inflammasome Activation in THP-1 Cells

The transduced THP-1 cells were differentiated with 200 nM PMA for 24 hr and treated with DOX (Wako) or nigericin (InvivoGen) at the indicated concentrations. Next, cells were cultured at 37 or 32°C.
