Triethanolamine, cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB), sodium salicylate, tetraethyl silicate (TEOS), ethanol, concentrated hydrochloric acid (HCl), ammonia, β-(aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (AEAPTMS), γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) citric acid (CA), sodium dihydrogen phosphate (MSP), absolute ethanol, N,N-Dimethylformamide (DMF), Tween-20, Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone (PVP), NaCl, and succinic anhydride were purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). 1-(3-Dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC) was purchased from Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. (Tangshan, China). Bovine serum albumin (BSA) was purchased from Sangon Biotech Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). The procalcitonin antigen (PCT) and its matched labeled antibody and coated antibody were provided by Nanjing Okai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Nanjing, China). The AFP, CA199, and its matched labeled antibody and coated antibody were provided by the Jiangsu Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Goat anti-mouse immunoglobulin G (IgG), sample pad, nitrocellulose (NC) membrane, absorbent pad, and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) substrate were purchased from Shanghai Jieyi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China).

Zinc acetate, calcium chloride anhydrous (CaCl₂), lithium hydroxide (LiOH) and N,N-dimethyl formamide (DMF) were purchased from Xilong Chemical Industry (Shantou, China). 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES), sodium phosphate dibasic dodecahydrate (Na₂HPO₄∙12H₂O) and hexane were purchased from Aladdin (Shanghai, China). Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) was purchased from Thermo Fisher Scientific (Shanghai, China). Tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS), ammonia (NH₃∙H₂O), absolute ethanol, succinic anhydride and 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC) were purchased from Sinopharm (Beijing, China).
Doxorubicin hydrochloride (DOX) was purchased from Adamas-beta (Shanghai, China). Dulbecco’s modified eagle medium (DMEM) was purchased from Hyclone (Logan, UT, USA). Fetal bovine serum (FBS) was purchased from Zhejiang Tianhang biological technology (Hu Zhou, China). 2-(4-amidinophenyl)-6-indolecarbamidine dihydrochloride (DAPI) and penicillin-streptomycin solution were purchased from Beyotime (Shanghai, China). A cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) was purchased from DOJINDO Laboratories (Kumamoto, Japan). The prolong antifade kit was purchased from Life Technologies (Eugene, OR, USA) and 4% paraformaldehyde was purchased from Vicmed (Xuzhou, China).

1-Ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDCI), 4-Dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP), and mPEG5000 were purchased from Aladdin (Shanghai, China). Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), Succinic anhydride (SA), and cholesterol were purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). 3,3′-Dithiodipropionic acid and Poly-(L-lysine) (PLLS) were from Shanghai Macklin Biochemical Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Sorafenib (BAY 43–9006) was purchased from Selleck Chemicals (Shanghai, China), and 2800Z was purchased from Chemdiv (San Diego, CA, USA). PARP (9532) and cleaved Caspase-3 (9662) were purchased from Cell Signaling Technology (Danvers, MA, USA). PCNA (ab29) was purchased from Abcam (Cambridge, MA, USA).

Rhein (RH) and Baicalin (BCL) were purchased from YuanYe Bio-Technology Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China). Succinic anhydride and PEG₄₀₀ were purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd, poly(ethylene glycol) monolaurate (PEG₄₀₀-LA) were purchased from YuanYe Bio-Technology Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China). Borneol were purchased from Fujian Green Pine Co., Ltd (Fujian, China). Tert-Butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP) and CoCl₂ were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (Shanghai, China). Kolliphor^® HS15 and Koliphor^® F68 were offered by BASF Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China). Coumarin 6 (C6) as purchased from Aladdin Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd (Beijing, China) Pluronic^® F127 was bought from Sigma-Aldrich (Shanghai, China). Labrafil M 1944CS was received as a gift from Gattefossé Co., Ltd (Nanterre Cedex, France). Hyaluronic acid (HA, 10 kDa and 400 kDa) were purchased from Shanghai Yien Chemical Technology Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China). HA (800–1500 kDa and 1500–2500 kDa) were provided by Shanghai Maclin Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China). Sudan III was purchased from Sinopharm Group Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China). Ultrapure water was acquired via Elix^®Essential system (Millipore, Shanghai, China). Other chemicals were used of analytical grade.

Passion fruit was obtained from a local market (Guilin, China). Methyl violet (C₂₅H₃₀N₃Cl), methylene blue (C₁₆H₁₈N₃ClS), amaranth (C₂₀H₁₁N₂Na₃O₁₀S₃), mordant black (C₂₀H₁₂N₃NaO₇S), tartrazine (C₁₆H₉N₄O₉S₂Na₃), and methyl orange (C₁₄H₁₄N₃NaO₃S) of analytical purity were purchased from Shanghai Aladdin Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide, acetone, N, N-dimethylacetamide, and sodium chloride were provided by Xilong Chemical Co., Ltd. (Shantou, China) and used without any further purification. Succinic anhydride was purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Deionized water was prepared with a water purification AXLM1820 system (Chongqing, China).

GRVRRSC (G: glycine; R: arginine; V: valine; S: serine; C: cysteine) was provided by GL Biochem Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). MonomethoxyPEG (mPEG) was provided by Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO). 4-Dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP), 1, 1-dioctadecyl-3, 3, 3, 3-tetramethylindodicarbo cyanine iodide (DiD) and Triethylamine (TEA) were all provided by Aladdin Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Octadecanol, succinic anhydride, maleic anhydride, and tripterine (purity >98.0%) were all purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Coix seed oil (extracted by carbon dioxide supercritical technology, purity >85%). RH 40 and PEG 400 were purchased from BASF Co., Ltd. (Ludwigshafen, Germany). Dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC), stearoyllysophosphocholine (S-lysoPC), and Distearoylphosphoethanolamine-PEG2000 (DSPE-MPEG_2k) were provided by A.V.T Co., Ltd. (purity > 98.0%, China). Double-distilled water was purified via Milli Q purification system (Merck Millipore). All other reagents used were of analytical grade.
