Fluorescein isothiocyanate conjugated cd14 cd14 fitc
Fluorescein isothiocyanate-conjugated CD14 (CD14-FITC) is a fluorescently labeled antibody that binds to the CD14 cell surface receptor. CD14 is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored protein expressed on the surface of monocytes, macrophages, and other immune cells. The fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) dye is covalently attached to the CD14 antibody, allowing for the detection and identification of CD14-positive cells using flow cytometry or fluorescence microscopy.

For each measurement, triplicate analyses were conducted for each sample. Differences between the means were evaluated with analysis of variance (ANOVA), using the InStat 3.0 statistic program (GraphPad Software, San Diego, CA, USA).
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
